About the role

We are advertising a permanent position for a dedicated Customer Service Representative, where you will have the chance to deliver first-class service and advice through various channels such as phone, email and face-to-face meetings. We're looking for someone with a strong customer focus, attention to detail and who thrives in an environment where your contribution makes a big difference to customer satisfaction and the success of the business.

Are you ready for a stimulating challenge? Here you get the chance to handle administration around customer cases and to work in a small team of 6 people who jointly strive to solve customer issues in the best way. Requirements

We are looking for you who have

  • Completed upper secondary school diploma
  • Experience in customer service work
  • Good ability to communicate both orally and in writing both in Swedish and in English.
  • Good computer skills
  • It is meritorious if you also have experience in sales

As a person, you should be a driven and curious individual with a natural ability to identify effective solutions. You have a high level of commitment and a strong desire to develop. Good teamwork skills are a prerequisite for the role, and you take responsibility both for your own work and for the needs of the team. As a person, you are positive and energetic, unafraid to take action to get things done.
