Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead the B2B Customer Relations unit within Vattenfall Electricity Distribution? We are looking for a committed and strategic leader who wants to help shape the future energy landscape. Vattenfall Electricity Distribution is in the middle of the energy transition and has a central role in the powerful electrification that is taking place in society. We are facing a historic opportunity - to accelerate the fossil-free transition through innovation, business acumen and customer focus.

With us, you will play a key role in enabling the electrification of our society. You will be responsible for the business relationship with both new and existing business customers - electricity producers, electricity-intensive industry, transportation sector and energy companies - ensuring that we meet their needs in a way that creates business value and strengthens our position in the market.

Your unit consists of 4 direct reporting managers and 55 employees. You will report to the Vice President Customer and Connections who is part of the company and business area management team.

Your mission

  • Lead and develop the B2B Customer Relations department in line with Vattenfall's leadership principles: drive innovation, accelerate learning and connect people.
  • Set strategic direction and goals for the department, ensure execution and deliver tangible results.
  • Responsible for the management and development of our customer offering and be a clear voice in the business dialogue with our large corporate customers and build long-term partnerships.
  • Contribute to the development of customer journeys and processes and ensure that we deliver our services and products in an efficient and value-creating way.
  • Promote collaboration internally and externally, create networks and strengthen our position in the energy transition.
  • Be an active member of the Customer & Connections management team and contribute to the whole.


Requirements

We are looking for you who is a senior leader with solid experience in leading managers and developing high performing teams. You are very strong in communicating in a way that builds trust, and you build long-term relationships and collaborations that contribute to achieving our business goals. The role requires business acumen and strategic thinking, with solid experience in B2B sales and/or business development and a strong ability to deliver results. As a person, you are customer-focused and goal-oriented, with a passion for developing business relationships and creating value for both customers and companies. Experience of driving change work with digitization and process development as tools is meritorious.


Other experience:

  • A relevant academic degree.
  • Express yourself fluently in Swedish and English.

Location

Location at one of Vattenfall Elddistribution's offices in Solna, Luleå, Umeå, Trollhättan, Gothenburg. Travel is included in the service.
