Your main tasks
AsDirector Health & Safety you will drive health and safety initiatives in the Nordics and internationally. You will be an important part of the global health and safety management team, with multiple stakeholders across the Vattenfall Group. The position supports Vattenfall in three dimensions: firstly in Sweden to ensure that employees receive statutory health support, secondly to deliver health and safety support to Vattenfall's staffs to cover the Vattenfall Group's strategy in the area and thirdly to manage the Swedish health and safety network and training in the area.
Your geographical area of responsibility includes Sweden, Denmark and Finland. In addition, you will be the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for employees in Poland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, France and the UK.
