Job Description

As Director Sales & Operations, you will be part of the BU management team and translate the overall priorities into specific goals, activities and actions for your unit. Together with your team you will be responsible to run and significantly grow the E-Mobility business in Sweden towards a strong position in public charging and corporate charging. You will be Vattenfall's key country representative and ambassador for E-Mobility both internally and externally.

As a person you are customer focused, have a strong result orientation, sales skills and have a business oriented mindset. You are a team player that can motivate and inspire other. Also you have strong and proven leadership capabilities, with those you have the ability to run, grow and develop the team as well as managing a network of internal and external stakeholders. Naturally you act according to our leadership values clear, visible and courageous.
