In Sweden, Vattenfall Värme delivers district heating, district cooling and steam to industries, property owners and residential customers in fifteen municipalities. We supply sustainable heating to around 200,000 Swedish households and heating, cooling and steam to industrial customers. We are actively working according to a clear plan to reduce fossil emissions in our cities, our own heat production and from our suppliers, with the goal of reaching net zero emissions by 2040. We are particularly proud that our main product, district heating, plays such an important role in the energy transition and the new circular society.
About the role

Vattenfall Värme is now looking for a driven documentation manager who wants to be involved in influencing tomorrow's climate-smart society and help our customers steer towards a fossil-free life.
As documentation manager in projects in the Projects & Documentation unit, you will be part of a competent team with varied tasks. The unit's mission is to realize and implement the investment needs of production facilities in project form. We work on an assignment basis in close collaboration with our production facilities in Uppsala, Nyköping, Jordbro, Motala and Vänersborg.
Your main tasks
As a documentation manager in projects, you have both a leading and a supporting expert role throughout all phases of the project. You will work closely with the project manager and be responsible for documentation and information in several parallel projects. You are responsible for documentation requirements, communicating documentation requirements with suppliers, scheduling, developing procedures for and coordinating documentation deliveries and reviews.
Continuous improvement and development of new ways of working is an important part of our work where you, together with colleagues in the group, will drive the development of information management forward. You will participate in information management forums together with documentation resources at the sites to develop and manage the management of technical information through joint improvement initiatives.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, we see that you have a good aptitude for structure and you think it is important to be organized. We would like to see that you are solution-oriented and can quickly adapt to changing circumstances. You want to be involved in developing the business with continuous improvements for efficient information management with digitized working methods. To succeed in the role, we believe that you will find it easy to collaborate and build relationships, as you will have many different interfaces. The work requires that you can express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
