Do you want to have fun at work while working for a fossil-free society?

To achieve our goal, we need committed employees who want to contribute to a better climate. We are making the green transition possible and are making extensive investments in our hydropower plants, which will lead to a number of exciting and varied assignments and projects in the coming years.

We are now looking for a dedicated documentation technician!

You will be part of our documentation department where we handle Vattenfall Vattenkraft's general documentation, plant documentation and plant register.

In the department, we are currently eight employees who support the various areas of the business with professional document management. We quality-assure, make available and archive both general and plant-related information and documentation. In our work, we come into contact with all parts of the business, we also have external contacts with, for example, consultants and contractors.

As a documentation technician, you will deal with a variety of issues and assignments where cooperation, communication and service spirit are important. Supporting hydropower production, maintenance and project activities in connection with plant changes and investment projects will be an important task, as well as providing training and guidance on how to handle our documentation in connection with various plant changes.

As our new colleague, you will also have an important role in our continued development. For example, we are working on various improvement projects linked to processes, procedures and digitization. Come and work with us!

You understand the importance of attention to detail and how it relates to creating a quality-assured and reliable document management system.
