About the role

The regional grid project support group works to maintain a high quality of the plant-related documentation where traceability, accessibility and structure are very important. We collaborate with projects, maintenance and troubleshooting and act as a project support both internally and externally. Our goal is complete plant documentation, on time.

About the role:

As a documentation technician / archive manager, you are responsible for quality assurance, registration and updating documentation in our digital archive. You will be part of a team that mainly works with SAP-DMS, Vattenfall Eldistribution's document management system.

In the role, you have a supporting function to project managers and participate in meetings regarding plant documentation for the regional network. Much contact is also made externally with our contractors.

The task includes managing drawing documents and you ensure that new plant documentation is registered in an archive-resistant way. The tasks also include providing support to users who, for example, need to learn how to search for drawings in the system.

As a documentation technician / archive manager in our group, you will work in an open-minded team whose culture is characterized by team spirit, care, job satisfaction and where we all feel the importance of having correct plant documentation. Requirements

We are looking for you who have:

  • a high school diploma
  • a couple of years of work experience of similar tasks
  • very good skills in MS Office
  • you speak and write Swedish fluently and have good knowledge of English in speech and writing

It is meritorious if you:

  • worked in electrical power or electrical work in the field
  • previously worked with SAP
  • have knowledge of and / or experience of archival and information science

To succeed in the role, you need to be structured with the ability to prioritize and plan your tasks in an efficient way. You are persistent and thorough in your administrative work. The role requires you to be able to hold small meetings and speak in front of groups and to have good interpersonal skills. We attach great importance to your personal qualities.
