Dalenbergs El & Maskinteknik is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vattenfall Services, which belongs to the Vattenfall Group. We are now looking for an Electrical / Automation Designer who wants to develop with us.

At Dalenbergs El & Maskinteknik we are a committed team that works with a variety of customers in varying industries. Our headquarters are in Skene but we operate throughout Sweden and also have some assignments abroad.

Your role as Electrical / Automation Designer

In the role of Electrical / Automation Designer, you design electrical designs for transformer stations, control cabinets and power stations, which can mean everything from control systems, local power and relay protection etc. The work includes both redrawing and updating documentation as well as new construction.

Main tasks;

  • Create complete electrical designs
  • Construction adaptations
  • Plant design in CAD environment
  • Check and redraw existing drawings

The work is varied and you are offered good opportunities to participate and influence our working methods and routines. You will initially work together with an experienced electrical / automation designer, but in the long run we are looking for you who want to take over the responsibility and drive the design work further.

Requirement specification

We are looking for you who are analytical and who like to solve complex problems, for you nothing is impossible! You are happy to work independently but also have no problem involving others or asking for help when the task requires it. Furthermore, you have a proactive and structured approach.

In addition to your personal qualities, we are looking for you who have the following qualifications:

  • Engineering education or equivalent work experience with similar tasks
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrical/automation designer
  • B driving license
  • Good knowledge of Swedish, both in speech and writing, English is meritorious

Location

Our office is located in Skene where the majority of our employees are based. In the role of electrical/automation designer, you can work partly from home, but we would like you to be able/willing to come to the office 1-2 days/week.
