Now Vattenfall Services is looking for technicians in electric power and charging technology for several locations in the country!

Here you will be part of a department called "Charging technology, construction & maintenance" where we focus on the Swedish market for charging infrastructure and work with construction, service, maintenance and troubleshooting of e-mobility charging stations.

In our assignments, we not only maintain, design and build charging stations, we also participate in the development of infrastructure in close collaboration with customers and facility owners.

About the work as a technician in electrical power and charging technology

You will work with service, maintenance and construction assignments for e-mobility charging stations. Your assignments are linked to our service/customer contracts and projects where Vattenfall Services is the turnkey contractor.

The market for charging infrastructure is segmented and your assignments will include charging stations for both light (AC and DC charging) and heavy electric vehicles (e.g. trucks). Once you are introduced and meet the requirements, you will be part of our emergency response team.

The assignments vary in complexity and time commitment. Travel is a natural part of the job. If you are involved in larger projects, it may involve longer trips where overnight stays are also included, in those cases you usually commute weekly and work on Fridays.

We are looking for technicians to, for example, Sundsvall, Örnsköldsvik, Umeå, Skellefteå, Stockholm, Jönköping, Kalmar, Växjö and Karlshamn, even more places where Vattenfall Services are established may be relevant. In some cases, we can apply home stationing, which means that you have a service car with you home and start from your home address.

Requirement specification

We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have:

• Secondary education (or higher) in, for example, electricity, electrical power, electrical installation
• Work experience in the electrical or electrical power area
• B driving license and the opportunity to travel in the service, BE driving license can be meritorious
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
