As an Electrical Power Technician, you will either work on projects for complete solutions for rebuilding and new construction within Distribution Networks or Transmission Networks. Alternatively, you will work in our large service agreements with maintenance, service and fault correction of overhead line networks within the voltage range 40-400kV.

Some of your main tasks:

• New and rebuilding as well as maintenance work on the regional and national grid
• The work is often carried out at high altitude either by climbing or from a basket
• Document and inform about the progress of the work
• Contribute to safe work in the field for you and your colleagues

You are part of a work team where you or one of your colleagues is appointed as Electrical Safety Manager. Travel is a natural part of the work as an Electrical Power Technician where overnight stays are common and we often work on Fridays.

We apply home stationing, which means that you have a service car with you home and start from home. Readiness may also be included. We offer good development opportunities in eg: Projects, Maintenance and AMS.

Requirement specification

As an Electrical Power Technician with us, you are the company's most important asset for the work performed in the field. We are therefore looking for you who are committed and who are always there for your colleagues. You are motivated by offering service and quality to your colleagues and customers and you always act in a businesslike manner in your work.

Independence is a big part of the work and is an important part of being able to move the work forward. We are therefore looking for you who take responsibility and have a great commitment to your assignments. With us at Vattenfall Services, safety always comes first. You would therefore never let profitability go before safety!

We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have:

• A completed secondary education or higher, in electricity, electric power, technology or other relevant field
• Work experience in the electrical or electric power field or overall electrical knowledge
• Experience from the construction or contracting industry is meritorious
• B driving license, BE is meritorious
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing
