For the position Technician Electricity Metering we are now looking for you who have a recently completed electrical engineering education, or you have a few years of work experience in electricity and / or electric power as well as electrical engineering education and are looking for a new challenge. We who are part of Vattenfall Services organization for Metering generally work with service and maintenance of electricity meters, checks of metering systems, rebuilding and new installation of metering systems. You will be part of a department where we work with a wide range of services and services for electricity meters category 1-5. We work, among other things, with troubleshooting of electricity meters, planned meter replacements, disconnections and connections of facilities, control of measuring systems, network station measurement, measurement investigations, rebuilding of measuring facilities, both on local and regional networks.
You will mainly focus on service and maintenance of electricity meters category 1-2, with good chance of development. The work is independent and service-oriented. You have an active role in your work planning plus responsibility for your service car. The assignments are carried out in a large geographical area, daily trips with the service car are part of everyday life. Longer trips also occur where overnight stays are included.

You have:
- A recently completed electrical engineering education at upper secondary or post-secondary level, or a few years of work experience in electricity and / or electric power plus electrical engineering education
- Good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written) and a good IT habit
- B driving license and the opportunity to travel in the service.
More desirable is:
- Work experience of electricity meter jobs category 1-5 and preferably previously accredited for control / verification of measuring systems category 2-5
- Industry-specific training such as ESA and CPR
- Completed apprenticeship hours, as it is not something we can offer.
You are motivated by providing service and good quality to both colleagues and customers with good collaboration skills. Independence is a big part of the work with us and important to be able to move the work forward. You enjoy problem solving and enjoy a lot of customer contact as there will be a lot of localization and access issues. We're looking for someone who takes responsibility and has a strong commitment to your assignments. You would never let profitability go before safety, at Vattenfall Services safety comes first.

You can advantageously start from, for example, Nyköping or Norrköping, but are not limited to the geography around Södertälje, Gnesta, Trosa, Oxelösund, Söderköping. We apply home stationing, which means that you are responsible for a service car and start from your home address.
