Company description
Business Unit (BU) Vattenfall Power Solutions is a business unit of approximately 430 people within Business Area (BA) Vattenfall Generation that supplies nuclear fuel to Vattenfall's nuclear power plants, develops and implements projects and assignments and provides internal technical specialist services for all of Vattenfall's operations, Group staffs and stakeholders.
This involves activities such as project management and project support, analysis management and investigation, product development, nuclear safety and dam safety assignments. The focus of the Vattenfall Power Solutions business unit is to develop our capabilities in project management and selected key technical disciplines. We work actively with continuous improvement initiatives and development of our models, where our work and competence create great value for Vattenfall and its investments.

As an Executive Assistant at Vattenfall Power Solutions, you are offered an independent and varied job in a dynamic environment. Your primary duties will be to assist the BU Manager and senior management.
The role includes responsibility for planning and servicing, some project work and, to a lesser extent, organizing events and conferences.
