About the role

Your role as Manager Support

In this role, you have an important responsibility in supporting and relieving the heads of units with mainly administrative tasks. You are given the responsibility to be the face outward on behalf of the manager as you are his extended arm out into the organization.

You work closely with the managers and the role includes, among other things, being an administrative support for new recruitment, being responsible for training administration, being responsible for ordering and coordinating equipment for employees out in the business, coordinating and booking conferences / events and having an overview of what key user support is available for our various systems. It is therefore important that you like to create contact areas and have many balls in the air.

Travel may occur in the service, most of these are day trips.

About you

We are looking for you who is a responsible problem solver who is easy to take the initiative and drive your work forward. You demonstrate good social skills in your contacts and in your cooperation with colleagues and customers. In this job, it is also important to have a good structure as you will have many different things going on at the same time. For you, it is motivating to be able to offer and maintain a consistent and good service with high quality. You are also clear and clear in your way of communicating both orally and in writing.

We know that you will develop with us but we see that you already have

• A few years of experience in administrative work where you have independently coordinated activities, handled compilations, conducted follow-ups and handled general administration
• You are a computer user and skilled at searching and evaluating information
• Completed upper secondary education. Higher studies may be an advantage, or professional experience that the employer considers equivalent
• B-driving license
• You write and speak Swedish fluently. Good knowledge of English is an advantage
• You have good knowledge of the Office package and Sharepoint
• Knowledge of education administration, experience of previously working in systems such as SAP and case management systems can be meritorious
