Forsmarks Kraftgrupp is looking for you who want to take on a developing role as Group Manager Construction Maintenance Control!

As Group Manager, you will be part of the unit's management team and report directly to the unit manager. You will represent the group in various forums and projects and will have a wide range of contacts within Forsmark, Ringhals, the Vattenfall Group and with contractors. The management team works closely together in an environment characterized by cooperation, openness and a common pursuit of continuous improvement.

The group has responsibility in several technical areas, including construction maintenance, logistics, lifting equipment, water/plumbing and service functions such as decontamination, painting, storage, transport, scaffolding and insulation.

Within these areas, the Control group is responsible for:

• Control and inspection of facilities
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Follow-up of measures taken
• Injury reporting
• Technical support
• Analyses and investigations
• Instructions and instructions
• Development of tasks, working methods and activities.

About the role of Group Manager Construction Maintenance Control

In this role, you will lead a team of 14 dedicated and diverse staff with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. The work in the team is characterized by autonomy and a high level of personal responsibility.

Examples of your responsibilities and tasks:

• Responsible for staff management by coaching and supporting your team
• Plan, prioritize and drive improvement initiatives both within the team and at unit level
• Work with the team to develop and maintain tasks, routines and processes
• Promote a good working environment, motivate and engage to achieve common goals
• Manage budget and financial issues and be responsible for reporting and follow-up.

Requirements

We would like to see that you have experience in the technical areas mentioned earlier and a secondary or post-secondary education. Experience of a leading role is a requirement.

As a person, you are committed, enterprising and driven by creating good conditions for both people and business. You have a genuine interest in leadership and enjoy driving and implementing improvements.
