About the job

At Ringhals, we are facing an exciting development in the field of control technology, I&C - Instrumentation & Control). To ensure stable operation of our nuclear power plants for a long time to come, we will now form a group in plant design with a focus on Instrumentation and Control (I&C) and MTO (Man, Technology, Organization). To meet these challenges, we have decided to form a new group with responsibility for the development of both competence, the plants' control and protection systems and its requirements.

As group manager, you will lead this new venture, with responsibility for:

  • Analyzing and designing the nuclear power plants' control and protection systems.
  • Analyzing and developing the MTO area for the nuclear power plants
  • Developing both technical solutions and work processes in the area of responsibility.
  • Develop and strengthen competence and safeguard a stimulated and good working environment.
  • Lead and coach employees with deep technical expertise in a variety of tasks that include projects, analysis and strategic work.
  • Develop close cooperation with several different groups in our organization.

You will be part of the unit's management team where we set common goals, support each other and work to live up to the company's values and expectations.
