The Large Connections Department is responsible for the entire process from customer request to completion. This involves planning and projecting, electricity network calculations, preparation of customer quotes, ordering and follow-up of contractors' work and continuous contact with both internal and external stakeholders. Our customer segment includes the larger connections to the low-voltage network as well as all connections at the medium-voltage level, where some form of construction is needed in our network in order to connect the customer. We are estimated to be 30 people in the department, divided into three groups, which are mainly located in our offices in Solna and Trollhättan, but may be located in other locations.
Role as group manager
As group manager, you will lead, inspire and engage our engineers together with your colleagues and ensure that set goals are achieved. You and your colleagues will create the conditions for our success by working towards common company and unit goals. The position suits those who enjoy tackling challenges at the intersection of technology, customer and society. The customer's first encounter with the electricity network company takes place in the connection case, so you will have a key role in the customer's experience and in ensuring that we are perceived as an enabler of sustainable development in society.

Requirements specification
You are driven by developing both people and working methods and have the ability to inspire and make your employees grow and feel committed to the change work together with colleagues within the company.
You will have many contacts with both internal and external parties, which is why the ability and willingness to collaborate, influence and contribute to the development of the business is important. You have a communicative ability both in terms of written and oral presentation.
We are looking for you who have a relevant academic degree or equivalent experience through work with technical issues in the energy industry. Previous knowledge and experience of grid connection activities is an advantage. It is desirable that you have experience of leadership from previous management positions or through investigation/development assignments.
Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing is a requirement.
