About the role

Do you want to make a difference in a role where you get to lead a developing team and contribute to Ringhals' safe and stable operations? We are now looking for a committed and communicative leader for one of our groups in the Maintenance department, the Maintenance Technology unit. Here you will have the opportunity to develop both employees and operations in a dynamic environment.

In 2025, we are making an adjustment in the organization linked to meeting the needs of our business in a more sustainable way. We will divide one of our groups into two groupings and thus strengthen the conditions for each team. As Group Manager, you will be an important part of this journey.

About the role

As Group Manager for Quality Control Mek (NUTO), you will lead a team of approximately nine employees and be responsible for:

  • Leadership and development: Building a robust team by strengthening skills and promoting collaboration. Ensuring that the team can meet the demands of the business both today and in the future.
  • Operational and strategic issues: Responsible for the team's deliveries, finances and results in both the short and long term.
  • Safety and quality: Ensuring that the work environment and safety are always prioritized in both words and actions.
  • Collaboration and communication: Build good relationships with internal and external clients through clear and continuous dialogue.

In the role, you are part of the unit's management team and actively contribute to achieving the department's goals and long-term development.

Requirements specification

We are looking for you who are a committed and responsive leader with experience in change management. You have the ability to create a common direction and inspire your team to achieve their goals.

Through open dialog, both within the team and between departments, you ensure that the skills of the group are developed and that employees can cover for each other. You create the conditions for development through coaching, constructive feedback and challenging tasks, contributing to both the team's and your own development. In close collaboration with the team, you support the work of building stable relationships with clients and creating an understanding of their needs, so that the goals of the business are achieved.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

  • Experience in leadership
  • High school or civil engineering education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of technical work in mechanics and an understanding of quality control in the field.
  • Experience of change management, as you will lead a team that is in an exciting development phase.

Knowledge and experience of nuclear power and its requirements, or other requirements-driven process industry, is meritorious.
