We are now looking for a group manager in operational maintenance in Trollhättan!

Do you have experience in leadership and maintenance and do you want to be involved in developing the hydropower of the future? Vattenfall Vattenkraft is now looking for a driven Group Manager to join our team in Trollhättan!

In this role, you will lead the maintenance work at our production facilities along the Göta River. Together with a dedicated team of electricians, mechanics and team leaders, you will ensure sustainable, efficient and modern maintenance work.

As a team leader, you have a central role in developing the business, improving working methods and methods, and strengthening the team's skills. You will collaborate with other maintenance and production teams and report to the Head of Operational Maintenance. In addition, you are part of a national management team where you contribute to the development of maintenance work throughout Sweden.

Requirements

Do you have a post-secondary education in engineering or equivalent experience? Have you also worked in a management role with personnel responsibility? Then you may be the one we are looking for!

We would like you to have experience from the energy industry and have worked with operation and maintenance. Experience of hydroelectric power or other large-scale industrial operations is an advantage.

As a leader, you are confident, clear and used to dealing with both operational issues and long-term planning. You create commitment and participation through open communication and responsiveness, and you thrive on collaborating both within your team and with other parts of the organization.

Since you will work with several IT systems in maintenance, finance and planning, good IT experience is a prerequisite. You master Swedish and English in speech and writing. B-driving license and the ability to travel in the service is a requirement.
