Forsmark nuclear power plant is one of the largest electricity producers in Sweden and we produce one sixth of the electricity consumed in Sweden. Nuclear electricity has a very low fossil footprint and is a stable and weather-independent power source. Forsmarks Kraftgrupp is looking for you who want to take on a developing role as group manager!

The group employs engineers and logisticians with expertise in areas such as construction maintenance, logistics, lifting equipment, water/plumbing and service, which includes, for example, remediation, painting, storage management, transport, scaffolding and insulation. We are about 10 colleagues with different backgrounds, experience and perspectives.

We work mainly with:

  • Planning and management of both short and long-term development
  • Ensuring the correct technical content of the maintenance program
  • Review of plans and technical documentation
  • Interpretation and compliance with laws, regulations, regulations and group requirements
  • Maintenance plans, instructions, programs and spare parts needs.

As a Group Manager with us, you will play a central role in leading both people and processes forward. You will be part of the management team and report to the unit manager. In the management team, we work closely together in an environment characterized by collaboration, openness and a common pursuit of continuous development.

Here are some examples of your responsibilities:

  • People management by coaching, supporting and developing
  • Participate in and lead various improvement efforts, both in the group and at management team level
  • Represent your group in forums or projects, both within the Vattenfall Group and externally
  • Budget, financial results, ongoing reporting and follow-up.

Requirements

We would like you to have experience in one of the technical areas mentioned above and post-secondary education. Experience of working in a leading role is a requirement, it is meritorious if you have also had staff responsibility.
