We are now looking for a manager for a group of electric power analysts in Luleå in the Selective Planning department.
The role of Group Manager
We are looking for you who can lead the group with a close and committed leadership. You should be able to lead the staff in prioritizing the operational work and at the same time lead the development in the longer term. You need to have a good understanding of process-oriented working methods and improvement work. Your work will extend beyond the group as the Selective Planning department works across many boundaries. The group is responsible for:

To thrive in the role, it is important that you have a genuine interest in business development and the ability to build effective teams with a focus on continuous improvement. As manager of Substation Automation North, you have 7-8 employees, a couple of consultants and you are part of the management team for Substation Automation.
