About the role
Business area Metering delivers complete services in electricity metering, from meter reading collection to installation and maintenance of meters and metering systems. We are also accredited for the control of meters. Our customers are in industry, wind power and electricity networks. We are active throughout Sweden. We are now looking for a department manager for our department, Metering Service South. The department consists of about 20 employees mainly in Västra Götaland and Halland but also in southeastern Sweden. Read more about us on our website
The department works mainly with troubleshooting, maintenance and projects. As a department manager, you will lead the daily operations of a department consisting of project managers, maintenance managers and technicians. The geographical spread requires a leadership that clearly and visibly reaches all employees, most of whom work in the field. In addition to your own department, you are also part of the management team for the business area Measurement. We offer a challenging and varied job in an organization characterized by a strong safety culture, business acumen, creativity and collaboration.
You will also work to develop the department's employees and operations in a business environment where safety is the top priority. The work is varied and you are expected to have close contact with customers, colleagues and employees.
