About the role

Come and grow with Enwell, now we are growing in Dalarna and looking for more heat pump technicians.

Enwell Dalarna installs and services heat pumps from mainly IVT and Toshiba around Dalarna but with a focus around Mora and Falun. Now we are investing by further strengthening our presence in Dalarna.

We are therefore looking for more heat pump technicians in Falun!

For us, it is important that you as a person can contribute to our development. You will be part of a team of both experienced people, as well as employees who have started their journey in the industry. With us, you will have varied tasks, and work both independently and in teams. Enwell Falun works in parallel with Enwell Mora towards common goals.

About the role

As a Heat Pump Technician, you have a varied job where you will work with the installation of our heat pumps for private customers, but also for smaller companies / properties. As a Heat Pump Technician, you will also work with service and repairs of heat pumps. You also want to continuously expand your knowledge as our industry is constantly evolving. Heavy lifting may occur. The greatest load is in winter and more time may occur in work peaks

Requirement specification

• Experience of plumbing work, and installation of heat pumps.
• Experience of B2C and good ability to deal with end customers.
• Driving license B
• Good written and oral knowledge of Swedish
• General IT skills. E.g. experience of troubleshooting via computer and reporting and follow-up on mobile devices
• Cooling technician training is meritorious.

To thrive in this role, you should be driven and independent in your work. You are service-oriented and appreciate good contact with customers as the relationship with our customers is of the utmost importance to us!
