About the role

Come and grow with IVT Center / Enwell! We are expanding in Dalarna and are looking for more heat pump technicians.

IVT Center / Enwell Dalarna installs and services heat pumps from mainly IVT and Toshiba around Dalarna, with a focus on Mora and Falun. Now we are investing in further strengthening our presence in Dalarna and are therefore looking for more heat pump technicians for Falun!

For us, it is important that you as a person can contribute to our development. You will be part of a team with both experienced employees and newcomers to the industry. With us, you will have varied tasks and will work both independently and in teams. IVT Center / Enwell Falun works in parallel with IVT Center / Enwell Mora towards common goals. About the role

As a heat pump technician, you have a varied job where you will work with the installation of our heat pumps for private customers as well as smaller companies and properties. You will also work with service and repairs of heat pumps. We would like you to continuously expand your knowledge as our industry is constantly evolving. Heavy lifting may occur, and the greatest load is in winter, which may mean more time during work peaks.

Requirement specification

We are looking for you who are a refrigeration technician, service technician or plumber, preferably with experience of installing heat pumps.

You have:

• Driving license B
• Good written and oral skills in Swedish
• General IT skills, for example experience of troubleshooting via computer and reporting and follow-up on mobile devices
• Experience of HVAC work is highly meritorious

We welcome both junior and senior applicants for the position. For us, the person is more important than the number of years of experience. To thrive in this role, you should be driven and independent in your work. You are service-oriented and appreciate good contact with customers, as the relationship with our customers is of the utmost importance to us.
