About the role

Vattenfall Services is Sweden's leading contracting company in the energy and electric power area and we develop Sweden's energy infrastructure! We need more people and we are now looking for Industrial Pipefitters who want to join the journey towards a fossil-free life! Is this you? Together we make a difference, for the whole society.

Are you passionate about problem solving and see it as a motivating challenge? We are now looking for an Industrial Pipefitter to further strengthen our team.

As an Industrial Pipefitter you belong to a department that works on behalf of customers in steel manufacturing and mechanical maintenance. We have customers in the water and process industry, but also infrastructure in the form of components for the pipeline network. We are a close-knit team of about 8 people based in Stenungsund.

The length of our projects can vary from one-day jobs to several weeks, but all work is mainly done in Västra Götaland. We work partly with maintenance contracts in VA but we also have various manufacturing assignments. We manufacture most things in most types of materials, which means a very varied everyday life.

Example of tasks

• Maintenance projects within VA
• Prefabrication and welding of pipe systems and its components in all materials
• Assembly work at the customer
• Work to ensure that the schedule and quality are achieved

Requirements specification

We are looking for you who value good cooperation, commitment and who always stand up for your colleagues. Independence and initiative are a big part of the work and are necessary to be able to move the work forward. We are therefore looking for you who take responsibility and have a great commitment to your assignments.

With us at Vattenfall Services, safety always comes first. We are therefore looking for you who have a high safety mindset and who would never expose yourself or others to unnecessary risks.

We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have:

• An upper secondary or higher level of education in welding / workshop / industry, or equivalent work experience
• Experience of reading drawings
• B driving license
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing. English is meritorious
