About the role

We need more energy heroes and now we are looking for an Installation Electrician who wants to join the journey towards a fossil-free life! Is that you? We are looking for a Installation electrician with experience and interest in property service to join our team. The position involves varied and responsible work where you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the operation and maintenance of two facilities, as well as interact with colleagues, subcontractors and customers to ensure that the properties and technology are kept in good condition.

Duties:

• Independently responsible for maintenance and property service according to customer agreements for two facilities, in consultation with maintenance managers.
• Perform rounds, minor remedial maintenance and overall supervision of the facilities.
• Identify faults and rectify or contact the appropriate contractors to resolve problems in plumbing, electrical, controls, refrigeration, ventilation and fire equipment.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance together with the maintenance supervisor, as well as manage booked resources.
• Work on electrical work, switching work in the event of outages and maintenance on other facilities will occur.
• Participate when the systems and technology in the properties are maintained/repaired or upgraded by suppliers and manufacturers.

Requirements

We are looking for people who have:

• Experience in property maintenance and a good understanding of various technical systems (HVAC, electrical, control, refrigeration, ventilation, fire equipment, access systems).
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility for tasks and liaise with contractors when necessary.
• Commitment, solution-oriented and a prestigious attitude.
• Good communication skills and enjoy interacting with colleagues, customers and subcontractors by phone and email.
• Good computer skills and used to working in computer systems.
• Driving license B (C, E is meritorious).
• Advantageous if you have good knowledge of or experience in specific technical areas such as high voltage, batteries, rectifiers or backup power.
