What will you do?

The Instrument Maintenance unit is responsible for maintaining the process systems where the equipment can be both analog and digital. The instrument maintenance group for Forsmark 1 and 2 consists of about 14 employees divided into technicians, maintenance engineers, supervisors and group managers.

As a supervisor, you start the day with a morning meeting and then actively manage the operational work. It is largely about understanding and prioritizing the daily work in the plant in consultation with operations. There is a great deal of personal responsibility in the role where you should use existing resources in the best way.

Your duties:

  • Contribute to the development of the maintenance program
  • Active participation in operational work
  • Participate in the development of the business area with regard to future needs
  • Identify deficiencies and propose changes to address deficiencies in the facility
  • Understand and prioritize operations

On-call duty may be required

Requirements specification

Who are you?

  • Have at least a secondary education in the field of technology. If you have a higher education or work experience from the process industry in instrument maintenance, electronics or measurement and control technology, it is considered an advantage.
  • Experience as a team leader / supervisor from industry is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and read and understand technical English.
  • B-driving license
  • Fluent in speech and writing in Swedish and can make yourself understood and conduct conversations in English.
