Are you a law student looking to start your future career with a valuable internship in the legal department of a large Swedish company? We are now looking for a student for an internship during the fall semester 2025 in the legal department that provides legal services to Vattenfall's Group Management and the Nordic units.

The internship at Vattenfall is an opportunity for you as a student to get a picture of what it is like to work as a corporate lawyer in a large international company in the energy industry. The internship will help you gain valuable experience for the future and personal development. You will get acquainted with the everyday life of in-house lawyers, typical tasks for an in-house lawyer and gain access to a wide network of contacts.

About the role

You will be part of a team of over 28 lawyers who work to provide a broad legal service to the Group management and the Nordic units, both in civil law and regulatory matters. The work will involve, among other things, preparing legal reports, drafting referrals and other documentation. The work is done both in Swedish and in English.

Requirements

We are looking for you who are at the end of your legal education. You should have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.

As a person, you are careful and structured in your work. We also see that you are driven and committed and have good collaboration skills. You are unpretentious as the internship includes both qualified tasks, such as drawing up legal investigations and producing draft documents, as well as less qualified tasks, such as sorting documents and preparing presentations.

We value high grades and a strong interest in the internship.

Further information

• Internship duration: Full-time for 10 or 20 weeks during the fall semester 2025.
• Location: Vattenfall Headquarters, Arenastaden, Solna.
• Compensation: The intern will be compensated with SEK 5,000 as a gratuity for completed internship.

Submit your CV and your grades from the law program in a combined file no later than April 30, 2025.

We would like you to attach a document stating your planned thesis topic, whether you wish to do the internship full-time or part-time and during which period of the semester you are interested in interning.
