The automation area is growing rapidly and Vattenfall Eldistribution is installing more and more automation in the electricity grid. In addition to reinvestment needs of obsolete equipment, there are strong drivers through increased demands for fewer and shorter power outages and enablers for further digitalization. The OT & Automation group is responsible for the operation and management of automation equipment, such as RTUs, HMIs and switches, throughout its lifecycle and actively works as a technical requirement setter in the plant investment projects.
In the role of IT/OT security specialist, you will be part of our team working with the operation, development and maintenance of the IT/OT environment for automation equipment. You will work on IT/OT security issues for our infra environment and equipment and participate in internal security collaboration forums. This work is done together with colleagues, consultants and other units within the company.
