About the role

We are looking for you who have experience in IT operations and support and feel confident in your professional role. You have previously worked with troubleshooting clients and also have experience in client development. In addition to your broad expertise in client management, we would like you to have specialized knowledge in client security.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Daily operation of Windows 10/Windows 11clients
• Configuring and working with Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Updating and managing GPOs (Group Policy Objects)
• Responsibility for preparing and distributing security patches
• Updates related to to client security
• Knowledge of Defender (antivirus)
• Whitelisting of applications and services
• Troubleshooting issues with security updates
• Active participation in projects related to client security
• SCCMinfrastructure and client management
• PowerShell scripts
• Understanding of Office suite features
• Experience with Evergreen/LCM (Lifecycle Management)
• Troubleshooting client issues through log analysis
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• You should also be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
