About the role

Are you a confident IT professional with extensive experience of client operations in a Windows environment? Do you want to be part of a committed team with great technical responsibility and a clear focus on stability, security and development? Then we have the position for you! In this role, you will work broadly with the operation and support of Windows clients, troubleshooting, installations and further development of our IT environment. You will be an important player in the team and we are looking for you who are used to taking responsibility, working in a structured way and contributing to continuous improvement.

Requirement specification

• Experienced in troubleshooting and navigating Windows and Windows Server
• Knowledge of printers and drivers, preferably with experience with Lexmark
• Comprehensive understanding of networks and network structures
• Experience with Pull Print solutions and network scanning
• Experience working with daily operation of Windows 10 and Windows 11clients
• Practical experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) - both infrastructure and client management
• Experience in updating and managing Group Policy Objects (GPO)
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting methods and analyzing log files
• Understanding of Microsoft Office from an operational and user perspective
• Willingness to work according to ITIL processes
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
