Vattenfall Services and Business Area Forest, Land & Environment continues to grow and for our forestry department in Central Sweden we are now looking for a Land Negotiator.
Business Area Forest, Land & Environment is organized into six departments and sells consulting services to network and energy companies throughout the country. In the forestry part, these services consist of land negotiation for infrastructure projects and project management of forest maintenance and other measures at existing and new facilities.
We see that our market is growing and therefore we need to hire the employees today who in a couple of years will take on the major land access and maintenance assignments that we see on the horizon. We are therefore looking for you who want to be part of the solution as we together create the conditions for living a fossil-free life within a generation. In this position, you will have the opportunity to use your forestry skills in large and small infrastructure projects while interacting with people, both internal and external, with different education and background.
As a Land Negotiator with us, you will be introduced to the department by your new colleagues and familiarize yourself with the projects we are running today. We are mainly looking for those who have several years of previous experience of similar tasks, but depending on what experience you have, we will of course adapt to you. Regardless of previous experience, you will have the opportunity to build knowledge and skills with us. If you are ready to immediately take on great responsibility and your own projects right from the start, this is a big plus.

To succeed in the role of Land Negotiator, you need to have a great drive and a business approach where you are triggered by challenges and find satisfaction in achieving set goals. You have a structured way of working where clarity and initiative are your hallmarks. Since you will have contact with many external actors, you find it motivating to create and nurture relationships. You do this preferably by being communicative and cooperative.
