Vattenfall Vattenkraft is now looking for a lifting technician in Norrbotten, Västerbotten, Västernorrland or Jämtland! In our team, we work with the modernization and maintenance of all types of lifting equipment found in Vattenfall Vattenkraft's production facilities.

As a lifting technician, you will work with assembly, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of cranes, overhead cranes, hoists and lifting equipment. A natural part of the work is to be advisory and contribute with knowledge and improvement measures regarding equipment and procedures. Safety-related issues concerning inspections, rules and regulations are common.

You will also be responsible for some maintenance and investment projects in your technical area. Various administrative tasks such as updates in our maintenance system, writing protocols, planning, purchasing and material orders are a big part of the work.

You will be part of a team that has a high level of team spirit, a sense of humor and a strong work ethic. The work is varied and you will be required to use both your inventiveness and your specialist knowledge.

Travel to our sites is a natural part of the job. You will be greeted by magnificent sites and knowledgeable colleagues around the country. Together with your colleagues, you will work towards the sustainable development of our maintenance and safety work. Come and work with us!

Your background

You have an electrical engineering degree and previous experience in electrical industrial and machine maintenance. It is a requirement that you have experience in troubleshooting and schedule reading. If you have also worked with the service of lifting devices, lifting equipment, it is very advantageous.

You are responsible and used to planning and working on your own. For this work you need to be careful and safety conscious. As a person, you are confident, service-oriented and positive. As you will be traveling and meeting a wide range of people, it is important that you are able to establish new partnerships.

The job requires you to be comfortable working at height and in some cases in confined spaces. You must have a B-driving license, good knowledge of Swedish and preferably English. Working with different systems/software is a big part of the job, good IT experience is important.

Location

You can be based at one of Vattenfall Vattenkraft's establishments in Norrbotten, Västerbotten, Västernorrland or Jämtland, for example Jokkmokk, Luleå, Umeå, Örnsköldsvik, Storuman, Sundsvall or Bispgården.
