We are now looking for a lighting designer in Malmö!

We offer you a varied everyday life with a focus on lighting planning and lighting advice to customers. Projects can vary widely between lighting along roads and pedestrian and bicycle paths, to pleasant lighting in parks or effect lighting of bridges and trees. Or why not inspiring and playful lighting in playgrounds?

As a lighting designer, you are part of the workflow "from idea to finished functional lighting". The work is done in close contact with your customers and the design team, which is responsible for customer and site visits, design and preparation of documents.

Depending on the customer, the projects can involve everything from investigations, calculations, selection of luminaires, visualizations, luminaire lists and / or drawings. You are interested in capturing the customer's wishes and shaping both lighting and construction documents into a complete solution.

Requirement specification

We are looking for you who are a trained lighting designer, electrical designer or lighting designer, or you have equivalent experience. For this position, it is important that you have a few years of relevant work experience.

You are used to working in CAD and have experience of lighting calculation programs such as Dialux. We would like you to be familiar with current documents for planning lighting in outdoor environments from SIS, Trafikverket, and others. Knowledge of electrical calculation programs such as Elvis is meritorious.

You share our approach of curiosity, openness and collaboration. It is important that you have a broad technical interest and the ability to see the big picture in the assignments, while being responsive to the customer's needs.

You are used to managing several ongoing projects in different time phases and working independently. We see you as a positive, committed and solution-oriented person who is passionate about lighting design, color and shape. With your drive as a lighting designer, we are happy to see you keep up to date with the lighting market. This will give you the opportunity to plan and advise customers from several perspectives such as the environment, safety, operating economy, design and security in one.
