About the role

We need more energy heroes and we are now looking for lighting technicians in Skåne and Halland who want to join the journey towards a fossil-free life! Is that you? Our mission is to deliver energy-efficient complete solutions to our customers. Our customers are the Swedish Transport Administration, municipalities, construction companies and companies in the industrial and infrastructure sector. The assignments are of varying types, ranging from road lighting to lighting of buildings, trees and monuments.

Your role as a Lighting Technician

The work as a lighting technician involves a varied everyday life where you work outdoors within the framework of our operation and maintenance agreements and handle various technical issues related to lighting. You will receive assignments for the work to be done through your laptop and prioritize them according to the importance of the assignments. The work is autonomous and you plan your day with the information contained in each assignment. This may involve working alone, with a colleague and/or with one of our subcontractors.

You will work from home and manage your daily planning with the support of the project manager and other employees.

Together, we will develop a personalized induction plan to prepare you to work with all types of services for the operation and maintenance of lighting installations.

Requirements

To thrive with us, you need to be service-oriented, proactive, responsible and enjoy working both independently and in a team.

We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have:

• Electrical engineering education at upper secondary or post-secondary level, or equivalent education / experience in the field (work with electrical power, installation or lighting)
• B-driving license
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing

Experience from ground contracts, C-driving license and training for road work and ESA are seen as meritorious.
