As a Maintenance Controller with us, you will work on developing our future need for key figures and KPIs to measure our maintenance. Furthermore, you will also work with our maintenance's financial significance and structure for our standard jobs.
We are in a developing phase of implementing a future maintenance strategy. You will be part of this journey together with other roles in the group and belonging to Asset Management.
Requirement specification
We are looking for you who have experience in maintenance and who are looking for a challenge in realizing our maintenance strategy in the organization.
You have knowledge and experience of maintenance principles from a life cycle perspective, risk-based maintenance and maintenance strategy. Furthermore, you can understand the principles behind maintenance contracts and have experience working with the development, management and analysis of KPIs for maintenance and maintenance costs. As a person, you have a good understanding of the overall picture and functions, as well as the ability to lead and organize these works despite the lack of specific technical skills. You have knowledge in leading and organizing the development of standard jobs, experience in change management and have a technical plant competence and an analytical ability. Expressing yourself well in Swedish in speech and writing is something you find easy.
