About the role

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be part of the central Maintenance Development group within the Maintenance & Technology department. The group's mission is to support and develop the operations of our facilities by helping the maintenance and operations functions develop cost-effective and long-term maintenance.

Your duties include:

  • Analyzing the needs of the organization using facts, maintenance terminology and maintenance theory.
  • Develop common and effective ways of working that are implemented in line with the organization's needs.
  • Contribute to the structure, standard and knowledge dissemination within the maintenance organizations through our maintenance portal, where processes, methods, metrics and ways of working are available.
  • Collaborate with other operational functions to jointly focus on availability, reliability and cost issues over time.


Requirements specification

We are looking for you who:

  • Have strong teaching skills and can work effectively with other operational functions.
  • Have experience in analyzing and developing maintenance processes.
  • Be structured and have the ability to spread knowledge and standards within the organization.
