About the role

About the job

As a maintenance manager, you will be part of the Maintenance Department's "Maintenance Technology Renewal" group. The role means that you, as a project member from maintenance, take care of and focus on the interests of the maintenance department in plant renewal projects. You will be assisted by representatives from various maintenance groups, which you will lead and inform. It is then these maintenance groups that will manage the renewal once the project is completed.

Your main tasks are to:

  • Lead and coordinate the maintenance department's work on plant renewal, with responsibility for progress, schedule, finances
  • Satisfy maintenance interests such as component selection, spare parts, maintenance programs and maintenance compliance
  • Administer and ensure that all steps in the process are done with quality and manage follow-up

In time, there is the opportunity to deepen and take on more tasks such as the role of activity manager where you are tasked with leading and driving component exchange cases in project form from start-up to completion.



Requirements


In the position, we see you as a positive, committed and technically interested employee who leads the work of ensuring maintainability in new installations. You dare to take the initiative and create the conditions for leading the work further in the process to achieve success, even when the way forward is not obvious, you see opportunities instead of obstacles. You enjoy administrative work and use a structured and quality-conscious approach and understand the importance of good cooperation. It comes naturally to you to collaborate with others to achieve the best possible results and you have an easy time creating new relationships with different groups of people.

We would like you to have:

  • At least a technical upper secondary education and relevant work experience in engineering, maintenance operations and administration
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English
  • Good knowledge of the Office package

If you have experience in project management, coordination or work management, it is an advantage. If you have a background from industry, we also see that as positive.
