About the role
As a Maintenance Manager, you belong to the Maintenance group, whose mission is the maintenance of Gotland's electricity network. We have different maintenance managers and technicians in the group with different assignments - Station, Line, Lighting / Metering and Operation. The group consists of about 25 employees, and in lighting / measurement you lead the maintenance work for three measurement technicians and four lighting technicians.
You will be responsible for planning and carrying out measurement and lighting assignments with a focus on efficient resource utilization as well as cost-effective and quality-driving measures. Furthermore, you are responsible for finance and follow-up activities with a focus on agreed KPIs and goals. You have the role of BAS-U and are expected to ensure a good working environment together with the group manager. Your role also requires close cooperation with the business manager for external business and other internal clients.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has a good business insight and experience of working with external customers or clients, preferably in construction or contracting companies. You are driven to achieve results and have a good ability to motivate others and promote commitment in your own group and promote cooperation between different departments.
