As a Project Manager in maintenance, you will work in our major service agreements and then above all in our agreement with Svenska Kraftnät with maintenance of overhead line networks in the voltage range 200-400kV.

As a Project Manager in maintenance, you are motivated by creating the best conditions for the technicians in the field and for the organization. Some of your main tasks:

• Responsibility for business planning and implementation of the projects/assignments through work management and coordination
• Inform and report on the status of the project to the client
• Responsibility for the financial outcome of the projects/assignments and manage the closure and follow-up on the economy
• Lead construction meetings and negotiations with the customer
• Active contribution to the fact that together we create Sweden's safest workplace

In the role of Project Manager in maintenance, you will mainly work from your office but you will also be out on site, travel is a natural part of the work. The work is independent but at the same time requires a strong focus on collaboration and communication with both internal and external actors.

About you

As a Maintenance Project Manager with us, you will be the technicians' main contact for the work performed in the field. Leadership is a big part of everyday life and therefore we are looking for you who have a problem-solving and coaching approach.

In addition to leadership, a large part of the work is to be able to independently drive the projects forward. We are therefore looking for you who want to take responsibility and who have a great commitment to your assignments. You are motivated by offering service and quality to your colleagues and customers, you act in a businesslike manner with good entrepreneurship. You would never let profitability go before safety. We know that you will develop together with us. But we would like to see that you already have:

• A completed upper secondary education or higher - preferably in electricity, electric power, technology, economics or other relevant field
• Work experience of work management or project management
• Work experience in the electrical or electrical power area or overall electrical knowledge is meritorious
• Experience from the construction or contracting industry is meritorious
• Computer skills (Office package)
• B driving license, as travel occurs in the service
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both in speech and writing. English is meritorious

The department's geographical work area is Västernorrland, Norr- and Västerbotten. Possible locations are for example Örnsköldsvik, Umeå, Luleå, Gällivare, Storuman, Arvidsjaur.
