As a Maintenance Specialist, you will work to develop a model for criticality analyzes, develop a plan for implementation and lead these. Furthermore, you will work on analyzing the results of these assessments to propose choices of maintenance strategies and lead root cause analysis.

We are in a developing phase in our maintenance with the execution of a future maintenance strategy. You will be part of this journey together with other roles in the group belonging to Asset Management.

Requirement specification

We are looking for you who have experience in maintenance and who are looking for a challenge in realizing our maintenance strategy in the organization. You have knowledge and experience of maintenance principles from a life cycle perspective, risk-based maintenance and maintenance strategy. Furthermore, you can understand the principles behind plant design, construction, operational safety, environment, work environment and have the ability to create a basis for more complex maintenance and improvement measures. You also have experience in technical plant expertise, change management and have the ability to understand the big picture and understand functions, and lead and organize these works despite the lack of specific technical skills. Analytical skills and experience in handling large amounts of data and investigations from a maintenance perspective are also required for the position.

  • of leading and organizing investigations in groups with, for example, root cause analyses and reliability analyses.
  • of leading and organizing criticality analyses in groups.
