About the department:

The DO-TT department is responsible for the operation and management of technical IT systems and digital equipment, often referred to as Operations Technology (OT). OT acts as the digital nervous system that enables the control and monitoring of the electricity grid. At the same time, we develop innovative solutions and services that promote societal development and the green transition.

The department delivers mission-critical services that are crucial for many societal functions. Right now, we are in an exciting transition towards a fossil-free society, where OT plays a central role.

Team and tasks:

The department consists of technical specialists with different roles in network communications and server operations, strategy, IT architecture, management and process development.

In the role of management leader, you will plan, lead and follow up management activities in two different areas of activity: network communications and the server and client area (also called Infra). The objective is to ensure that the department continues to deliver services in accordance with the expectations of internal customers. By continuously improving and developing management processes, we strive to increase both the efficiency and quality of our deliveries.

Travel: This role involves travel within the country when needed, usually 1-2 times/month. You will usually be able to plan your own travel, giving you the flexibility to balance work and private life.


Requirements specification

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in management and/or equivalent supervisory roles.
  • Experience in technical fields of activity, such as network communications and/or infrastructure.
  • Experience in IT service delivery.
  • Experience in networking, i.e. routing/switching.
  • Experience in server and client operations (Linux, Microsoft).

Additional:

  • Knowledge of management models such as ITIL and PM3.
  • Experience of facility management according to ISO 55000.

Language skills:

  • High knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and oral.
