Nuclear electricity has a very low fossil footprint and is a stable and weather-independent power source. About the role

We are now looking for a Group Manager for the Document Management and Archiving group at Forsmark Kraftgrupp.
The group is responsible for document management at Forsmark Kraftgrupp, which includes the development of company-wide rules and procedures, management and training in document management. The group is also responsible for archiving, preservation of documents, operation and maintenance of original and reference archives and the company's registry. Monitoring and interpreting laws and requirements are also part of the responsibility. The group currently consists of eleven employees.
Your duties
As manager and leader of the group, you are responsible for leading, directing and following up the business against set goals and financial frameworks. You actively participate in the management team's work to further develop the business and report to the immediate manager. You create the conditions for commitment in the group and for the development of employees. Working on the development of your leadership is a natural element of the assignment.
Leadership involves further developing working methods and working on securing skills and resources. You help to create understanding and promote cooperation with other departments and units, within Forsmark and Vattenfall.

We also offer work buses with wireless network on the Gävle-Forsmark and Uppsala-Forsmark routes, which gives you the opportunity to use the travel time as working time if/when work allows.
