As a meter reading operator with a focus on meter collection , we offer an independent and stimulating job. Examples of tasks

  • Actively contribute to developing and improving working methods and system support.
  • Analyze error causes in the metering flow and assess appropriate measures to ensure communication between electricity meters and collection systems
  • Call out field services to contractors to ensure correct metering and collection of metering values.
  • Quality assurance of metering values in the systems through calculations and plausibility analysis.
  • Ensure that metering data and meter information is updated and accurate in our systems.
  • Opportunity to participate in projects


Requirements specification

We are looking for you who have

  • Relevant academic education in technology / electricity / data or similar, or that you have acquired equivalent skills through work experience
  • Good habit of working in different IT systems and easy to learn new systems
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also have

  • Experience of meter collection
  • Experience in the energy industry
  • Knowledge of computer automations, i.e. digitalization (analytics, process automation, machine learning)

In your daily work, you will handle a large number of cases, so we are looking for you who have a good analytical ability and structure as it is crucial to be able to prioritize and find an effective way of working. You will have good interpersonal skills with other groups and contacts as well as problem-solving skills.

We also look for a driven and proactive person who can work independently, while daring to ask for help. The tasks can vary and change over time, so it is of great importance that you have a flexible and forward-looking approach.
