About the role
If you are interested in a challenging and engaging work with a focus on quality assurance of non-destructive testing in nuclear power - then this is something for you!
You will carry out qualification assignments and eventually run projects for our customers within and outside Sweden. Our base is to qualify systems for non-destructive testing (NDT) for Swedish nuclear power. In addition, we run development projects for other stakeholders and participate in various forums and projects in order to always be at the forefront of knowledge regarding NDT.
As a Qualification Officer, you quality assure advanced testing systems where the work includes reviewing technical documentation and conducting practical demonstrations of testing procedures, personnel and equipment. The NDT technologies qualified are often cutting-edge applications and the equipment used ranges from simple semi-automatic manipulators for testing pipes to advanced remote-controlled robots for testing primary parts such as reactor vessel or internals.
The qualification assignments are carried out by yourself or together with other Qualification Officers. We have our own laboratory with advanced NDT equipment and manipulators where we carry out our own investigations during training, development assignments and so-called "fingerprints" of test blocks used for qualification.
Working as a Qualification Officer requires unique knowledge that you acquire with us through training and skills development.
We know that our employees are the key to our success. For us, your development is important and therefore we will always encourage you to use your skills and give you opportunities to develop through new challenges, training and skills transfer.
