Now we are looking for an operational Supervisor for the group Primary System Service, Fuel and Testing.

About us

The group is an operational maintenance group that plans and executes maintenance activities in primary system service, fuel and testing. The group has execution responsibility for preventive and corrective maintenance. The responsibility also includes the tools, equipment and workshops required to operate and develop the business.

As an operational supervisor, you are an important part of maintaining the plant to obtain the required operational reliability, by actively planning and implementing the maintenance measures required in a good way. As an Operations Supervisor, you also have a unique opportunity to help shape the future of primary systems service. We are working to shape new ways of working and procedures to further improve our operations.

Example of duties:

  • Assign responsibilities and tasks within the various areas of the group (Fuel, A&E and Inspection)
  • Active work to ensure workplace safety
  • Plan, carry out and be responsible for maintenance and transportation within assigned areas of responsibility
  • Ensure quality of work and that schedules are met
  • Prepare the group's planned work, involving instruction updates, documented risk assessments and the use of error prevention methods
  • Carry out planned activities within the business, acting as a coordinator for the team's mission, as well as the manufacture and service of tools and equipment


Requirement specification

About you

We are looking for you who

  • have a full secondary education preferably with a technical focus
  • have previous experience of work management / coordination / coordination
  • have previous experience of mechanical maintenance work, preferably in the process industry
  • have a B-driving license, C-card is meritorious
  • have very good knowledge of Swedish speech and writing and master English

The position involves an increased workload during the audit periods, which requires endurance, flexibility and work within short time frames. The position also requires some shift work during these periods.

As an operational supervisor, it is important that you are solution-oriented and not afraid of challenges. You know that the road ahead is not always straight, but that is precisely what drives you forward. With your initiative and responsible attitude, you drive your work forward with safety always in mind.
