About the role

We are now looking for an operations engineer for real estate at Infra at Forsmarks Kraftgrupp.

About the job

The NPIY (Non-Power Infrastructure Operations Group) within the INFRA unit is responsible for real estate operations of the Forsmark properties concerned locally and via real estate computers and also for securing electrical power (10/20kV) to external facilities.

The group is also responsible for:

• Produce industrial and drinking water in a waterworks
• Treat wastewater from Forsmark and the Forsmark mill in a wastewater treatment plant
• Handle, test and safely store breakdown equipment
• Regulate dams and their flow in the Forsmark mill
• Handle and test various backup power units and a gas turbine plant

This position is mainly focused on real estate, but we see the importance of having a breadth and acquiring basic knowledge in the other areas of responsibility in order to expand your skills and be able to support when needed.

As an operations engineer primarily in real estate, you will have operational responsibility for Forsmark's buildings, real estate and its infrastructure. Your main tool is the Scada system (real estate computer) where various alarms for buildings are received and where priority assessment is made.

You will identify, analyze, report and then present the error to technicians who perform the job and follow up the work done. If necessary, you may also need to help fix the error.

You will be part of a small close-knit group that helps each other. In order to get the right conditions and the opportunity for skills transfer, you will start by going double with the technicians and the current engineer in real estate. A great opportunity is to be involved in the commissioning of new facilities.

Your tasks:

• Efficiency of ventilation, cooling and heating for the properties
• Follow up and analyze and report operating data
• Supervise the operating technicians in the event of errors

Requirements specification

As a person, you are structured, helpful and attach importance to good cooperation within the group, with other departments and with external parties. We deal with important and expensive components and put safety first, therefore we see that it is natural for you with instructional use. Furthermore, you are reliable, accurate and implement decisions taken in a constructive way. You are good at communicating both orally and in writing in Swedish and English to be able to take part in technical documentation and convey work tasks.

We see that you

• Have technical upper secondary education or higher education, preferably with a focus on real estate and operational property management
• Have analytical skills and knowledge from work experience in ventilation, control and regulation and cooling

We see it as a merit if you have

• Experience in electrical power engineering in low and high voltage
• Experience and knowledge in commissioning systems
