About the role

Would you like to step into the role of Operations Operator and at the same time contribute to a fossil-free future?

In the role of Operations Operator you work with monitoring district heating and electricity grid systems, which means that you are offered a varied and exciting role. Now you have the opportunity to contribute and join us on the journey towards a fossil-free future!

You will be part of a team of 9 colleagues who work closely together. The business is staffed around the clock and shift work is part of the work. The service places high demands on accuracy and safety awareness, we are extremely keen that our service work is carried out with the highest quality under safe conditions. In the role, you have several different interfaces, both internal and external.

Your duties as an Operations Operator include:

• Optimization, control, monitoring of electricity and heat distribution
• Running and monitoring of production facilities
• Alarm management and logging
• Administration, management of work orders and reporting
• Fault reporting and fault rectification
• System/service manager

Requirements

We are looking for you who:

• Ability to work shifts
• Energy/Power education at university/college level or equivalent work experience
• Experience in a control center is meritorious
• Good computer skills

As a person we value that you enjoy and have an easy time working with other people, as you will have many contact surfaces in the role. We are looking for someone who is reliable and who gains the trust of others through honesty. As this is a very varied role where anything can happen, you need to be adaptable to thrive. The position requires good communication skills both in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
