Business area Lighting is nationwide and a leader in Sweden when it comes to knowledge in the field of lighting and we deliver energy-efficient complete solutions to our customers. Examples of areas where we work are road lighting, lighting of buildings, trees and monuments. We work customer-oriented in a goal-driven and project-oriented organization, but safety always comes first!

The lighting department Södra Nord extends from Västernorrland in the north to Gävleborg in the south. The department intends to act as a natural partner / supplier to existing customers and take new market shares in the geographical area, primarily towards municipalities and the Swedish Transport Administration, but also in the construction sector and private actors. Right now we are looking for a project support of 50% with good opportunities for expansion to full time in the future

Your role as project support

As a project support, you have an important responsibility in supporting and relieving the project management with mainly financial and administrative tasks. In this position, it is important that you feel confident in handling invoices and can structure your own way of working. You will work closely with the project management and maintenance manager to keep order throughout the project from start-up to completion. Responsibilities include:

• Ongoing financial management and reporting in the projects.
• Invoice management.
• Document management.
• Work with project reconciliations in the department together with the department manager.
• Create and maintain routines and processes.

Requirements

We are looking for you who are orderly and who thrive on working independently in a responsible role. Since there are many different projects going on at the same time, it is important that you are flexible, proactive and can handle many different work tasks at the same time. You are clear in your communication and show good social skills in your contacts and in your cooperation with colleagues and customers.

We know that you will develop with us, but we would like to see that you already have

• You have at least a completed 3-year upper secondary education.
• You have previously worked with financial and / or administrative work where you have independently handled reporting, follow-up, invoicing and general project administration.
• Experience in the construction industry is meritorious.
• You are an experienced computer user and skilled at searching and evaluating information.
• Knowledge of financial systems and case management systems such as SAP and BEST is an advantage.
• B driving license is an advantage
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement and good knowledge of English is an advantage.
