We are now looking for planners for the operational planning group at Forsmark.

About the job

The planning group within the Projects, Planning and Revision department is responsible for operational planning, which includes planning of daily operational maintenance and planning of revision shutdowns. Coordination, follow-up of maintenance, renewal and other activities for each production plant and the peripheral plants are also included in our tasks.

The operational planning group consists of 14 employees and has an even gender distribution and a good spread in age, experience and background.

As an employee in operational planning, you will work together with committed and positive colleagues where everyone strives towards the goal of supporting the operations within Forsmark and ensuring that work in the plants can be carried out in an efficient and above all safe way.


Your tasks

The work is carried out in the maintenance system SAP and the planning tool Primavera and consists of:

  • Time planning and coordination
  • Scheduling of activities and activities together with operations and maintenance.
  • Time plan work
  • Business development and improvement work within the group, unit and department.

The work involves many contacts, especially with maintenance and operations, and that we lead and participate in a number of meetings.



Requirement specification


  • We see that you are a High School / University engineer or have equivalent experience. Preferably with a background in maintenance or operations, preferably in the nuclear power industry.
  • You have computer skills and are used to working in the Office package
  • Possess good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
  • Advantageous is plant knowledge, as well as knowledge of current regulations.

As a person, you are outgoing and have a great drive and initiative. You are meticulous, self-driven and have good foresight and planning skills.

You are good at building long-term relationships and enjoy making new contacts. Cooperation and collaboration are obvious success factors for you.
