About the role

Do you enjoy a leading role and want to contribute to a fossil-free future? Now we at VB Energi are looking for you who want to step into the role of Facility Manager for our facilities in Fagersta and Norberg.

We work with continuous improvements and you have an important role in driving and implementing both large and small changes. We put great focus on safety in everything we do at our plants and it is our highest priority in our daily work.

Your tasks as Plant Manager

As Plant Manager, you are responsible for the production team in Fagersta/Norberg, which consists of 6 people, where you lead and distribute the work in the group. You work both overall with more strategic issues, but the role also contains a lot of operational elements. Tasks such as production monitoring, risk analysis and environmental issues are included in the service. You will be involved in the work with contacts with authorities, permit applications and environmental reporting. In the event of errors or deviations, you are responsible for analyzing and acting on them. You work to ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees. In this role, you have a close dialog with our suppliers and customers. As Plant Manager, you are part of VB Energi's management team.

Requirements

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• Leadership experience
• Technical University education or KY education
• Knowledge and experience of maintenance issues
• It is meritorious if you have experience from the energy industry or the process industry
• B-Driving license
